2、盐酸右美托咪定注射液，对照组静脉滴注等量生理盐水；麻醉的诱导均采用丙泊酚、芬太尼和维库溴铵，麻醉后均采用静脉自控镇痛。采用双盲法观察并记录患者术后3、6、12、24、48h的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Ramsay镇静评分以及不良反应情况，采用SPSS软件16．0进行统计分析，计量资料分析采用t检验，计数资料分析采用检验。结果观察组术后6h后的VAS评分以及Ramsay镇静评分结果均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；观察组术后镇痛满意率为93．3，对照组为76．7，差异也有统计学意义(P
