2、功能、气道激发试验及疗效进行对照观察。结果：1．支气管哮喘合并COPD组小气道气流受阻明显较COPD组严重(P<0．001)，气道阻力明显增高(P<0001)。2．支气管哮喘合并COPD组100％显示气道激发试验阳性，而COPD组仅为13．5％，COPD组阳性者所需激发剂(组胺)浓度为支气管哮喘合并COPD的350倍，且两者间较少重叠交叉。3，在I临床常规治疗的疗效上看支气管哮喘合并COPD组优于COPD组(P<0．001)。结论：支气管哮喘合并COPD和COPD虽然在II缶床上很相似，但从肺通气功能、气道激发试验及疗
