4、lyteswereextractedbyacetonitrilandcleaned—upbyMWCNTsSPEcartridge.Theextractwasre—dissolvedwiththeNa2HPO4buffer(pH5.5—6.0)forloading,andwaswashedwithacetone—hexane(5:95,v/v).thenelutedwithacetone—dichloromethane(1:1,v/v)fronlthecolumn.Themobilephaseusedinthechromatographicseparationconsis
5、tedofabinmTmixtureoface—tonitrileand50mmol/LNail2PO4withthevolumeratioof7:3.Awidelinearrangewas0.01一1.00mg/Lwiththecorrelationcoefficientsabove0.998.TheIimitsofdetection(S/N=3)were0.003mg/L,andthelimitsofquantification(S/Ⅳ=l0)were0.0lmg/L.Theaveragerecover—ieswereover70%forthenineSAsinth
