2、术切开复位联合锁定加压钢板内固定进行治疗，保守组桡骨远端骨折患者采用电视x线仪下手法复位辅以石膏绷带夹板外固定进行治疗。为两组患者进行为期两年的随访，采用Dienst功能评分标准来评估本次疗效，最终比较两种不同的桡骨远端骨折治疗方案的临床疗效。结果：临床组A型优良率为92．31％、保守组为92．86％，两组相比无显著差异(尸>0．05)；I临床组B型优良率为85．71％、保守组为66．67％；I缶床组C型优良率为84．21％、保守组为58．82％；I临床组Bc总优良率为84．85％，保守组为62．50％，两组B型、c型及Bc总优良率相比，临床组均显著高于保

3、守组(尸<0．05)，差异有统计学意义。结论：锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折效果较好，尤其是B、c型骨折，其优良率优于闭合复位石膏外固定。【关键词1锁定加压钢板；螺钉内固定；桡骨远端骨折[Abstract]Obiective：Toanalyzethecurativeeffectoflockingcompressionplateintreatmentofdistalradiusfracture．Methods：thepatientsofdistalradialfracturesintheclinicalgroupweretreatedwithoperationof
