2、ethods：FromOctober2005toSeptember2007，26(27sides)casesdistalradiusfracturesweretreatedwithlockingcompressionplates，including3easesopenfractures．Ofthepatients，14(15sides)malesand12femaleswithanaverageageof51(19-80)yearswereincludedinthestudy．AccordingtotheAOclassification，therewere2A2fr

3、actures，4A3fractures，282fractures，983fraetures，4C1fractures，3C2fracturesand3C3fractures．22sidesweretreatedwithpalmarapproach，2sideswithdorsalapproach，and3C3typeswerecombinedwiththeboth．Theeffectswerecomparedtoanalyzethevolartilt，radialinclination，radialshortening，jointdiscrepanciesandw
