1、中国当代医药2014年9月第21卷第25期·临床研究·经椎弓根植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的临床价值陈润江江西省萍乡市上栗县人民医院骨科。江西上栗337009【摘要】目的评价经椎弓根植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月～2012年9月本院收治的胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者65例，随机分为两组，其中观察组33例，经损伤椎体后路钉棒固定后，行椎弓根植骨，对照组32例，仅经损伤椎体后路钉棒固定，观察并比较两组术后3个月的椎体高度压缩率、损伤节段椎体Cobb角、骨折愈合情况及内固定并发症发生率。结果

2、观察组术后3个月的椎体高度压缩率、损伤节段椎体Cobb角与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P0．05)。结论经椎弓根植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的临床效果好，骨折愈合速度快，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】经椎弓根植骨；胸腰椎爆裂性骨折；固定【中图分类号】R68
