1、中国现代医生2014年7月第52卷第19期·I床研究·复杂胫骨平台骨折骨锁定钢板内固定的疗效分析刘丁玮张向敏杨福成肖仕辉广西壮族自治区来宾市人民医院骨科三区．广西来宾546100f摘要]目的分析复杂胫骨平台骨折骨锁定钢板内固定的疗效。方法选择我院2011年5月～2012年10月66例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者，随机分为两组，A组33例患者采用骨锁定钢板内固定，B组33例患者采用常规钢板固定，所有患者均随访3～12个月，对住院时间、骨折愈合时间及完全负重时间等相关指标进行比较．并对膝关节功能恢复情况进行评价，同时观察术后并发症。结果A组33例患者

2、平均住院时间、平均骨折愈合时间及平均完全负重时间均短于B组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0．05)。A组膝关节功能恢复优14例，良11例，优良率为75．76％，B组优8例，良12例，优良率60．61％，A组疗效明显好于B组，差异具有统计学意义(P
