2、中无体动反应所需丙泊酚的半数有效浓度(Eo)。分别于入室后(T)、意识消失后(Tz)、手术扩张宫颈(T3)、麻醉苏醒(T4)时记录MAP、HR、SpOz；观察记录不良反应发生率及苏醒时间。结果C组、Rl、R2、、组丙泊酚EC5o分别为6．84、6．33、5．25、4．8O、4．53~g／ml。R2、、组丙泊酚EC50明显低于C组，且意识消失时间及苏醒时间明显短于C组(P<0．05或P
