2、ing分析EVn一50对人乳腺癌MCF一7细胞Mcl一1、Bax和Bcl一2蛋白表达的影响。结果Evn一50使Mcl一1及Bcl一2值下调，Bax值上调，促进细胞凋亡。且EVn一50中浓度组相对灰度面积比值与低浓度组比较有显著性差异(P均<0．05)，EVn一50组48h相对灰度面积比值与24h比较有显著性差异(P均<0．05)。结论EVn一50具有诱导人乳腺癌MCF一7细胞凋亡的作用，最佳浓度为3．0mg／L，最佳作用时间为48h。[关键词]黄荆子；黄荆子乙酸乙酯；乳腺癌；凋亡doi：10．3969／j．issn．1008—8849．2,014．09．009[中图分类号]R
