1、拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎病毒引起失代偿肝病临床疗效观察吉林油出总医院感染肝病科吉林138000摘要：目的:探讨拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎病毒引起失代偿肝病临床疗效，为拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎病毒引起失代偿肝病提供理论依据。方法:选取2013年2月-2015年2月在医院接受治疗的90例乙型肝炎病毒引起失代偿肝病患者作为此次研究对象，并将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组患者45例，对照组采用常规药物进行治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用拉米夫定进行治疗；两组患者的疗程均是12个月，对比两组患者治疗前后的肝功能、肾功能、HBV、DNA等的变化情况。结果:两组患者的ALT在治疗前后

2、差异不大，无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组患者不同时间段的HBV・DNA检查情况在治疗前后差异不大，无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组患者的HBsAg和HBeAg阴转率显著高于对照组，两组之间差异显著，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论:两组治疗方法对患者的病况都起到了治疗的作用，拉米夫定治疗效果更好，更好更快的提高患者HBeAg和HBsAg的阴转率，临床值得推广。关键词：拉米夫定；乙型肝炎病毒；失代偿肝病；临床疗效观察【中图分类号】R458.1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(2016)08-0073-01Abstract:Objec
