1、外科杂志2014年5月第31卷第5M‘dv2O14．Vo1．31．No．5·1045··实验研究·低功率超声增强顺铂对食管鳞癌细胞的抗肿瘤作用党丽峰杨洋刘东雷吴恺温丰标赵松【摘要】目的观察低功率超声在增强Nef对食管鳞癌细胞抗肿瘤作用中的影响。方法以食管鳞癌EC9706细胞为实验对象，分别利用单纯低功率超声(0．5W／cm和1．0w／cm。)、单纯顺铂(1Ixmol／L)、先超声处理再加入顺铂(超声+顺铂)和先加入顺铂再应用超声(顺铂+超声)。4种方式干预细胞的生长，细胞计数试剂盒(CCK一8)法检测细胞活力，显微镜下定

2、性观察荧光染色，流式细胞术定量检测细胞凋亡。结果超声功率分别为0．5w／cm。和1．0W／cm时，CCKI8法检测细胞活力，与对照组(3．78％、3．97％)比较，低功率超声(14．36％、15．43％)明显降低了肿瘤细胞活力(P<0．05)。超声功率为0．5w／cm时，顺铂+超声组(cisPt+us)细胞凋亡率为(67．23±4．38)％，明显高于超声+顺铂组(US+cisPt)的(75．38±3．98)％(P<0．05)。结论低功率超声可以提高肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性，抗肿瘤药物和超声序贯干预的先后顺序，有助于提高
