2、腔注射链脲佐菌素（STZ）（55mg/kg），B组大鼠单侧肾脏结扎后腹腔注射STZ（55mg/kg），C组单纯腹腔注射STZ（55mg/kg），D组为假手术对照组（注射等量的缓冲液）。大鼠造模后从第1周开始每两周称体重，取血测血糖（Glu）、血肌酐（Scr）、总胆固醇（Chol）和甘油三酯（TG），收集尿测24h尿蛋白（24Upro）、尿肌酐（Ucr），并计算内生肌酐清除率（Ccr）。11周后，处死大鼠，取肾脏称重并进行肾脏病理。结果A、B两组出现Chol、TG异常增高以及Ccr升高的现象均比C组早。A、B组肾脏超微结
