2、腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)(55mg/kg),B组大鼠单侧肾脏结扎后腹腔注射STZ(55mg/kg),C组单纯腹腔注射STZ(55mg/kg),D组为假手术对照组(注射等量的缓冲液)。大鼠造模后从第1周开始每两周称体重,取血测血糖(Glu)、血肌酐(Scr)、总胆固醇(Chol)和甘油三酯(TG),收集尿测24h尿蛋白(24Upro)、尿肌酐(Ucr),并计算内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)。11周后,处死大鼠,取肾脏称重并进行肾脏病理。结果A、B两组出现Chol、TG异常增高以及Ccr升高的现象均比C组早。A、B组肾脏超微结
3、构检查系膜细胞增生、基质增多、肾小球基底膜增厚,病理改变比C组更加严重,也更典型。模型组的存活率为C>B>A,成模周期为C>B=A。结论单侧肾脏结扎后再腹腔注射55mg/kg体重STZ可以用来作为建立糖尿病肾病大鼠模型的理想方案。关键词:大鼠;链脲佐菌素;单侧肾脏切除;单侧肾脏结扎;糖尿病肾病中图分类号:R-332文献标识码:AInduceratmodelofdiabeticnephropathybystreptozotocinLIShi-fen,WANGXin-ru,HUQi,WANGYu-cui,ZHAOYan(S
