1、高脂高糖与低剂量链月尿佐菌素诱导的糖尿病肾病大鼠模型的建[摘要]冃的建立高脂高糖?C低剂量链腺佐菌素(STZ)诱导的SD大鼠的早期糖尿病肾病(DN)模型,模拟早期DN的病理改变及肾功能改变。方法将SPF级正常雄性SD大鼠30只按照体重随机分为正常组、模型组。正常组大鼠给予普通饲料喂养,模型组大鼠高脂饲料喂养8周后,腹腔注射STZ35mg/kg,形成糖尿病模型后,继续高脂高糖饲料喂养4周后,观察两组大鼠肾脏病理改变、生化及肾功能各项指标的改变情况。结果模型组大鼠体重显著低于正常组(P<0.01),而随机血
