4、students(meanage=23.1±1.1years).Themacularchoroidwasimagedusingenhanceddepthimagingspectral-domainopticalcoherencetomography(EDI-OCT).Subfovealcho-roidalthickness(SFCT)andchoroidalthicknessweremeasuredbyvisualinspectionandmanualfit-tingofthechoroidalborderlines,at3mminf
5、erior,superior,nasal,andtemporaltothefovea,respec-tively.Results:ThemeanSFCTwas202.8±49.0µm.Thechoroidalthicknesswasthebiggest(235.9±68.4µm)at3mmsuperiortothefovea,andwasthethinnest(150.5±55.5µm)at3mmnasaltothefovea.Nosignificantdifferencehadbeenfoundinthechoroidalthick
6、nessbetweenmaleandfemalevolunteer(P>0.05),eitherbetweenrightandlefteyes(P>0.05).Ocularaxiallengthbetween23.23mmto27.88mm,fovealnasallateralchoroidalthicknessdecreasedby17.46µmpermmalongaxiallength,thedifferencebetweentheotherfoursitesofthechoroidalthicknesswaswithoutobv
