4、hemacularchoroidwasimagedusingenhanceddepthimagingspectral-domainopticalcoherencetomography(EDI-OCT).Subfovealcho-roidalthickness(SFCT)andchoroidalthicknessweremeasuredbyvisualinspectionandmanualfit-tingofthechoroidalborderlines,at3mminferior,superior,nasal,andtemporaltothefovea,r
5、espec-tively.Results:ThemeanSFCTwas202.8±49.0µm.Thechoroidalthicknesswasthebiggest(235.9±68.4µm)at3mmsuperiortothefovea,andwasthethinnest(150.5±55.5µm)at3mmnasaltothefovea.Nosignificantdifferencehadbeenfoundinthechoroidalthicknessbetweenmaleandfemalevolunteer(P>0.05),eitherbetween
6、rightandlefteyes(P>0.05).Ocularaxiallengthbetween23.23mmto27.88mm,fovealnasallateralchoroidalthicknessdecreasedby17.46µmpermmalongaxiallength,thedifferencebetweentheotherfoursitesofthechoroidalthicknesswaswithoutobviousregularity.Conclusions:Theposteriorchoroidalthicknessof100medi
