1、低剂量颖骨螺旋CT扫描技术的临床应用王东军罗利彬黑龙江省牡丹江医学院附属二院157011[摘要]方法昇吏用GELightSpeed4层螺旋CT扫描机,在其它扫描参数不变情况-卜,分别以100mA和50mA管电流进行颛骨轴位和冠状位扫描。应用图像融合技术,重建出2组冠状位、2组轴位图像。全部图像行高分辩率骨密度算法,再利用MPR技术对4组数据分别重组轴位和冠状位图像。全部40例单次扫描加权CT剂量指数(CTDIw)值,均按机器设备育接显示记录。结果:通过对颖骨低剂量多层螺旋CT扫描技术的临床研究,证明
2、采用低剂量扫描,曝光量由10()mA降至50mA,单次扫描CTDIw值下降达50%,图像噪声虽增大,但不影响解剖结构的显示。能够满足对屮耳炎、颖骨病变、外伤骨折、先天性耳崎形筛查及耳蜗植入的诊断要求。意义:由于颍骨解剖结构具有天然高对比,应用高分辨CT扫描技术,通过单纯降低mA值来减少射线量。在能较好的保证诊断质量前提下,使受检者的照射剂量明显减少,降低检杳费用、缩短检查时间和减少管球消耗。[关键词]颖骨低剂量多层螺旋CT屮图分类号R445文献标识码AClinicalApplicationofLow
