3、ndsofthegenomes(9538bp)oftwowild-typerespiratorybovinecoronavirus(RBCV)isolatesLSUandOKwereobtainedbycDNAsequencing.Inaddition,the30-endofthegenome(9545)ofthewild-typeentericbovinecoronavirus(EBCV)strainLY-138wasassembledfromavailablesequencesandbycDNAsequ
4、encingofunknowngenomicregions.ComparativeanalysesofRBCVandEBCVnucleotideanddeducedaminoacidsequencesrevealedthatRBCV-speci®cnucleotideandaminoaciddifferencesweredisproportionallyconcentratedwithintheSgeneandthegenomicregionbetweentheSandEgenes.Comparisonsa

7、tis,hepaticandneurological(4,5).The30-endofthegenomicRNAconsistsofdisordersaswellasimmune-mediateddiseasesuchapproximately9.5kbandcontainsthespike(S)asfelineinfectiousperitonitis,andotherpersistentglycoprotein,thehemagglutinin-esterase(HE)glyco-infections(
