4、mers.Furthermore,fiveTCVDNAfragments,ofmurinehepatitisvirus(MHV)(70%)andhumanobtainedbyPCRonRNAfromclinicalspecimensandrespiratorycoronavirusstrainOC43(HCV-OC43)correspondingtoeithertheNterminusoftheM(98%)andbetweentheaminoacidsequencesoftheproteinorthecompleteMproteinwerealsoclon
5、edandpredictedMproteinsofTCVandMHV(86%).Suchsequenced.Thesequencerevealeda3'non-codingstrikingidentitysuggeststhatBCV,TCVandHCV-regionof291bases,anopenreadingframe(ORF)OC43musthavedivergedfromeachotheronlyencodingtheNproteinwithapredictedsizeof448recently.ApotentialN-glycosylation
