2、ctionsseemtohaveexaminedbyelectronmicroscopyandfoundtobein-eludedtheinvestigators.Certainchangesintheinfectedfectedbycoronavirus.Virionsareseenwithinandout-ciliatednasalepitheliumhavebeenreported,suchasasidetheciliatedcells,butnotoutsideorwithinthegob-detachm
3、entofciliatedcellsfromtheepithelium(Ram-letcellsorothercellsofthenasalmucosa.Somevirionsphaletal.1979;Turneretal.1982;Wintheretal.1984),arelocatednearthemicrovilli,othersinpocketsintheoralossofciliafromtheciliatedcells(Rautiainenetal.apicalcellmembrane.Thecyt
4、oplasmcontainsmany1992),butthemechanismsbywhichthevirusescausesmallvesicleswithasinglevirion,largeapicalvesiclestheseeffectsremainunknown.containinghundredsofvirions,andlysosome-likecyto-Replicatingcoronaviruseshavebeenstudiedinsomesomeswithamoderatenumberofv
