3、王莉萍1刘建伟'马伟红2郭爱军2李稻3(1.±海立达职业技术学院护理与健康学院,上海201609:2.上海市松江区叶榭镇社区卫生服务中心,上海201609;3•上海交通大学医学院基础医学院病理生理学教研室,上海200025)[摘要]目的探讨在高职护理专业技能理论课学习期间开展“早期接触临床+PBL”教学的方法与效果。方法对照班学生在成人护理教学过程屮,上课时展示一个小案例,并带着问题进行理论课的讲授;实验班学生除了完成理论课教学外,以小组为单位分别进入临床接触不同的患者
4、,进行问诊、健康评估和整理案例,随后结合案例开展PBL教学活动和完成个案分析报告;并对两组学生进行学习效能问卷调查和期末成绩比较。结果问卷调杏发现,实验班绝大部分学生喜欢“早期接触临床+PBL”教学活动;学生的白学能力、分析与解决问题能力、团队协作精神和对“学生・护士''角色转变的信心均高于对照班(P<0.05);实验班内科护理学期末成绩高于对照班(PvO.OI)。结论开展“早期接触临床+PBL”教学提高了学生的综合能力;并且能克服传统教冇屮理论与实践脱节的脾端,值得在高职护理专业教学屮推广使用。[关键词]护理教学;早期接触临床;PBL教学TheEff
