2、nvolvedareunderondoubtastotheirroleinhandlingthecrisis.PROCEDUREIfanylostcasecannotbeprovedtohavebeenstolenbysomebody(e.g.Theitemisplacedinpublicareaw/olockedorloodedafterbysomebody)orthetime,date,andlocationofthelosscannotbeconfirmed,thatwillbeclassifiedasaLOSTCASE!O

3、nlythePoliceandtheSecuritycanclassifyalostcase.Beforeclassification,entranceatthesceneisprohibited,especiallyifthelossoccurredintheroom.Incaseitisclassifiedaslostcase,thelossreportmustbesubmittedbysecurity.Ifithappenedintheguestsroom,theinvstigationworksheetmustbedone

4、aswell.Incaseitisclassifiedasatheftcase,theincidentreportmustbesubmittedandreportedtothepolice.Beforethearrivalofthepolice,thesecurityshouldcordonofftheotherareasandtheconcernedstaffmuststayinthehoteltobequestionedbythepolice.Onlyourhotelguestswouldbeescortedbyoursecu
