2、OSETohaveclearguidelinesastowhatthesequenceofeventsshouldbeintheeventofsuchanevent.PROCEDUREGoldenRules:-Whileencoungeringanyrobberyorburglarycases,themaindutyforthestaffistoprotecttheirownlifeonly.Itisunnecessaryforthestafftofightwiththerobbersunlesstheyareinpositionsafely..Trytomemorizethecharac

3、teristicsoftherobbers.(e.g.build,age,height,nationality,sex,characteristics,weappons,no,ofrobbers,andthedirectionandtransportationforescape)Ifpossible,trytocalloperatorfornotifyingtheG.M.,A.M.,SecurityandtheconcerningDeptsatonce.Whenthesecurityteamreceivesthecallandconfirmstherobberyisstillinproge

4、ss,thecontrolroomstaffmusttrytousetheC.C.T.V.forrecordingthefacesandtheescortrouteoftherobbers.Othersecuritystaffmustrushtothescenefromatleast2channels.Theyhavetocordonoffthescenesoastominimizetheunnecessaryfrightandinjuryoftheguests.Thesecuritymustcallthepoliceatonceandtheninformthebellboywhoshou
