1、中文摘要人力资源作为企业重要的战略资源,是企业最重要的生产要素,同时也是企业创造财富的源泉。为了顺应当下经济全球化不断深入的外部形势,使企业在市场竞争中居于主导地位,T保险公司已经认识到人力资本是企业实现这一目标的主要因素。但是,如何在运用现代人力资源管理的科学理念和技术方法的基础上,充分发挥人力资本的优势,把公司员工的积极性调动起来,是困扰公司管理者的一大难题。在运用激励相关理论的基础上,通过对T保险公司员工激励现状的分析,总结了T保险公司现行激励机制存在的问题和原因,在此基础上提出了改善T保险公司员工激励的建议,以期对保险行业企业有一定的参考和借
