2、发展奠定基础。将绩效管理理念落实到公司经营管理的过程中，将绩效管理融合到企业文化、战略目标及人才技术的管理中，相互促进，共同发展。合理的绩效管理不仅能够提高公司的经营管理，还能提高机关员工的工作积极性，促进公司长短期目标的完成。因此，构建一套有效地而又具有操作性的绩效管理体系已成为公司培育竞争优势、提高核心竞争力的战略性举措，也是A公司在市场经济竞争中立于不败之地的保障。本文以绩效管理为核心，通过对背景资料的了解和相关文献的查阅，对绩效管理的流程及方法等相关理论进行分析。阐述A公司绩效管理现状，对该公司绩效
