2、pationinprofessionalcollaboration.IntheInternetera,networkmarketingasanewmarketingtoolhasplayedapivotalroleintheprocessofenterprisedevelopment.SmallandmediumenterprisesbecometheactivepractitionersofInternetmarketing.However,thecurrentemployeesofsmallmicro-sourcee-commercebusinessaremorecomplex,
3、especiallymostemployeesdonothaveaclearunderstandingandaccuratecontrollingfortheoperationalaspectsofe-commerce,andtheyarelackofawarenessandknowledgeoftheindustry.Itwouldaffectthebusinessdevelopmentofe-commerce,thegrowthofsmallandmicroenterprisesandemployeesofpersonalgrowthinthiscondition,whichca
4、usedthedifficultyofrecruitingpeopleandthephenomenonofbraindrainThesisisbasedontherelevantfieldsofreferences,tobeginwiththestafftrainingtheoreticalanalysis,andthensummedupthehumancapitaltheory,thetheoryoftrainingneeds,stafftrainingandothertrainingevaluationtheories,whichlaidthetheoreticalfoundat
