2、ningandtheuseofakeyenterprisecorecompetitiveness,corporateexecutivesasleaders,istheheartandsoulofthecompany,theircorporatestrategyanddirectionofplaydecisionsaboutthecompany'sdirectionanddestiny.Inthiscriticalperiodofeconomicrestructuring,investmentcompaniesdeterminethedevelopmentofe
3、nterprises,andinthemodernenterprise,CFOhasbeenmovingawayfromtheprevious"Mr.steward"ofsimplefinancialfunctions,moretimeandenergytotheenterprise'sstrategicdecision-making,thereisgreatrightindecidingtheinvestmentdecisionsforthesurvivalanddevelopmentofenterprisesplayavitalrole.Therefore
4、,CFOchangegraduallyisseenasoneofthecompany'smajordecisionsonthefuturedevelopmentofbusinessstrategiesandoperatingperformancehasanegligibleimpact.Coreactivityistoinvestincorporatefinance,corporatefinancialmanagementbutalsoitsfundamentalinvestment,scienceinvestmentdecisions,investmentd
5、ecisionscanbefedeficientlybringmorediscountedcashflowvalue,thehighestonthebasisofexistingfundsincome.Therefore,decision-makingandinvestmentefficiencyinvestmententerpriseisafundamentaldecisiontoincreasecorporatevalue.Butintherealityofcorporateactivity,anddidnotusethebestofallpossible
