1、IntegrityAgreementPartyA:PartyB:InordertoensurethepartyAandpartyBinbusinessactivitiesadheretothelaw,fairnessandgoodfaithprinciple,preventtheoccurrenceofallkindsofviolations,maintainthelawfulrightsandinterests,AccordingtothecontractlawofthePeople’sRepublic
2、ofChinaandotherrelevantlawsandregulationsandtheprovisionsofthecultivationofcleangovernmentintheCPCandCentralcommittee,agreedbythebothparties,signingofthisagreement.1.Managementteamforbothpartiesshallholdeducationofcleanpoliticsfrequentlyinordertoenhanceaw
3、arenessoflegalcomplianceandprobityandself-discipline;enhanceawarenessof“tosurviveonQuality,todeveloponreputation,topromoteonprobity”.2.BusinesspersonnelfromPartyAmaynotabusetheirauthoritiestoaskfororacceptanyproperty,aswellasotherillegitimateinterestsfrom
4、PartyB.3.BusinesspersonnelfromPartyAshallnotsubmitanexpenseaccounttopartyBofthatexpensesshouldbepaidbypartyAorpartyA’ssalesman.4.BusinesspersonnelfromPartyAshallnotaskforgifts(includinggifts,money,marketablesecurities,etc.);topartyB'sgifts,shouldbepolitel
5、yrefused,difficulttorefuse,submitintimetodisciplineinspectiondepartments.5.BusinesspersonnelfromPartyAshallnotattendanybanquetsandrecreationalactivitieswhichmightbeaffectingthejusticeofimplementationofagreement,hostbyPartyB.6.BusinesspersonnelfromPartyAsh
6、allnotborrowtoolsoftransportation,toolsofcommunicationandhigh-gradeofficesupplies;orrequiredecoration,reparationandmaintenancetobusinesspersonnel’sprivatevehicles.7.BusinesspersonnelfromPartyAshallnotobtainparttimejob,investment,sharesorobtainsuchitemsina
7、nynamesisnotallowed.8.BusinesspersonnelfromPartyAshallnotrequestPartyBtobuild,decorateormaintainprivatehouses,shallnotacceptanykindofcovertfunding.9.BusinesspersonnelfromPartyAshallnotrequirepartyBtoprovideconvenientandfavorableconditionstopartyAfortheirs
