6、CORPORATIONNAME]’ssoftwarespecifiedinExhibit[SPECIFY],includinganyupdates,upgradesorrevisionsprovidedunderthisAgreement("Software"),andcertainotherservicesrelatingtotheprocessingofandresponsetoonlineinquiriesandmessages("OnlineMessages")receivedbyCus
7、tomerfromitscustomersandotherusersofCustomer'sWebsite("Users").2.PROVISIONOFSERVICESCorporationwillprovideCustomerwithaccess,maintenanceandrelatedhostingservices("HostingServices")totheSoftwareinstalledonCorporation'sserversandotherequipment(the"Corp
