4、ctly,eitherindividuallyorwithothers,engageorhaveanyinterest,asanowner,employee,representative,agent,consultantorotherwise,inanybusinesswhichissimilartothebusinessconductedbytheCompany.Thesecovenantsshallbedeemedseparatecovenantsforeachandeverystate,countryandanyothe
5、rgovernmentalentitycoveredbythenon-competeobligationandintheeventthecovenantforoneormoresuchjurisdictionsisdeterminedtobeunenforceabletheremainingcovenantsshallcontinuetobeeffective.ThesecovenantsarenotintendedtopreventanyKeyStockholderfromusinghisgeneralknowledge,e
6、xperience,skillandknow-howinamannerthatisnotcompetitive,providedtheKeyStockholderdoesnotuse,disclose,divulgeorcommunicateanyConfidentialInformation(ashereinafterdefined).(b)NoHiringofOthers.Further,eachKeyStockholderagreesthatduringsuchNon-CompetePeriod,heshallnotso
