3、ORPORATINNAME]("TheCorporation11)and[CUSTOMERNAME]CCustomer'1)forthepurposeofprovidingCustomerwithWeb-basedaccessto[CORPORATIONNAME]'ssoftwarespecifiedinExhibit[SPECIFY],includinganyupdates,upgradesorrevisionsprovidedunderthisAgreement("Software”)，andcertai

4、notherservicesrelatingtotheprocessingofandresponsetoonlineinquiriesandmessages(nOnlineMessages11)receivedbyCustomerfromitscustomersandotherusersofCustomer'sWebsite("Users").2.PROVISIONOFSERVICESCorporationwillprovideCustomerwithaccess,maintenanceandrelatedh

5、ostingservices(uHostingServices*1)totheSoftwareinstalledonCorporation'sserversandotherequipment(the''CorporationSystem”).Customeragrees,asreasonablyrequestedbyCorporation,toprovideCorporationwithaccesstoCustomer'spremisesandequipmentandtootherwisecooperatew

6、ithCorporationinperformingtheservices.DuringthetermofthisAgreement，Customermayobtaininformation(“Reports”)regardingCustomer'suseoftheSoftwareandthequantityandhandlingofOnlineMessagesroutedtotheCorporationSystembyaccessingtheCorporationSystemthroughapassword

7、-protectedWebsitemadeavailablebyCorporation.CustomershallberesponsibleformaintainingtheconfidentialityofsuchpasswordsandshallpermitonlyauthorizedemployeesofCustomertoaccesstheCorporationSystem.TheHostingServices,andthehostingfeesspecifiedinExhibit[SPECIFY],

8、donotincludeanydeployment,trainingorotherconsuitingorprofessionalserviceswhich,ifapplicable,willbespecifiedinaStatementofWork,signedbybothparties,andincorporatedhereinbythisreferenee.2.1.CustomerSuppor
