5、hroughoutthisAgreement:“Agreement”meanstheentirecontentofthisBasicTermsandConditionsdocument,theProposaldocument(s),Schedule(s),togetherwithanyotherSupplementsdesignatedbelow,togetherwithanyexhibits,schedulesorattachmentshereto.“Content”meansallmaterials,information,photography,writingsandothe
6、rcreativecontent.“Copyrights”meansthepropertyrightsinoriginalworksofauthorship,expressedinatangiblemediumofexpression,asdefinedandenforceableunderAustralianandInternationalCopyrightLaw.“Deliverables”meanstheservicesandworkproductspecifiedintheProposaltobedeliveredbyPARTYAtothePARTYB,intheforma
