3、tobecompletedtoClient’ssatisfaction.ExtensionsmayberequestedbyDesigner,andgrantedordeniedbytheClient.PAYMENT:ClientagreestopayDesigner{amountofpayment}for{descriptionofworkexpectedforthispayment,representedinhours,amountofwork,orsomeothermeasure}.Paymentisdue{dateand/orpayme

6、IENTRESPONSIBILITIES:ClientagreestoprovideDesignerwith{Designer’srequirements}sothattheWorkmaybecompletedontimeandtoClient’ssatisfaction.CONFIDENTIALITY:ClientandDesigneragreetodiscusstheWorklistedabovewithonlyoneanotherandanyotheragreeduponparties,listedhere:{anypartiesallo
