2、lationsorSNCadditionalscheduleswhichmayfromtimetotimebesetforthoramendedbySNCandwhichshallthereuponconstituteaportionofthisCustomerAgreement,excepttotheextent(ifany)thatSNCshallagreeornotifytheCustomerinwritingthatotheroradditionaltermsapply.Anyproposalsfor,a
3、dditionsto,ormodificationsofthisAgreement,absentwrittenagreementbyanauthorizedpersonemployedbySNCtothecontrary,arevoidandshallhavenoeffect. SNC和客户之间所有交易和所有合同应受本项客户协议和任何关于SNC的交易规章，或SNC所有的附加条款约束。SNC可能随时设定或更改这些条款而即时构成客户协议的一部分。如有必要(如果有的话)，如须采用其他或附加的条款，SNC应以书面形式同意
