1、论文作品名称:酒精对小白鼠肝脏的损伤及其机理研究摘要目的:对酒精对小白鼠肝脏的损伤及其可能产生的影响机理进行研究.方法:用体重为18-22g的小白鼠40只,随机分为四组.1,2,3组分别用10%,30%和50%的酒精灌,每天一次;第4组为对照组,用0.9%的生理盐水进行灌胃,每天一次,持续5wk。每周测量和记录一次各组小白鼠的体重,观察和记录小白鼠的精神状态,同时测量小白鼠的血清ALT、AST的含量。5wk后,处死小白鼠,取每只小白鼠相同部位的肝脏,观察其形态。结果:(1)各组小鼠平均体重均有增加,第1组增加最多,第3组增加最少;(2)第1,4组小白鼠食欲正常,
2、精神状态好,第2,3组小白鼠有醉酒现象;(3)光镜下实验动物肝脏脂肪沉积,肝细胞病理损伤及肝组织炎症反应程度加重,纤维化不明显;(4)ALT,AST水平升高。结论:酒精可以导致肝细胞物质代谢障碍,使肝细胞变性,坏死。关键词:酒精灌胃肝细胞病理损伤肝细胞变性AbstractPurpose:itistostudythedamageofalcoholtobabywhitemice’liveranditspossibleinfluenceonmechanism.Method:divide40babywhitemice,whichweighfrom18gto22g,int
