1、论文作品名称：酒精对小白鼠肝脏的损伤及其机理研究摘要目的:对酒精对小白鼠肝脏的损伤及其可能产生的影响机理进行研究.方法:用体重为18-22g的小白鼠40只,随机分为四组.1，2，3组分别用10%,30%和50%的酒精灌，每天一次；第4组为对照组，用0.9%的生理盐水进行灌胃，每天一次，持续5wk。每周测量和记录一次各组小白鼠的体重，观察和记录小白鼠的精神状态，同时测量小白鼠的血清ALT、AST的含量。5wk后，处死小白鼠，取每只小白鼠相同部位的肝脏，观察其形态。结果:(1)各组小鼠平均体重均有增加，第1组增加最多，第3组增加最少;(2)第1，4组小白鼠食欲正常，
