1、护理研究2017年4月第31卷第12期(总第572期)1467高校护生情绪智力与焦虑的相关性研究李亚琴,胡秀英摘要:[目的]了解高校护生情绪智力、焦虑现状及其相关性,为护理干预提供依据。[方法]采用便利整群抽样方法,对成都市内3所高校护理专业大学一年级、二年级726名护生进行问卷调查。[结果]护生情绪智力总均分为3.63分±0.39分,得分最高的维度为他人情绪管理(3.80分±0.50分),得分最低维度为情绪知觉(3.45分±0.43分);焦虑标准分为46.66分±8.77分,显著高于国内常模(P<0.0
2、1);211人(29.1%)焦虑评分异常,其中轻度焦虑164人(22.6%),中度焦虑32人(4.4%),重度焦虑15人(2.1%);护生焦虑标准分与情绪智力各维度及条目总均分均呈负相关(r=-0.198~-0.103);二元Logistic回归结果显示,情绪智力条目总均分能够准确预测护生是否患有焦虑,预测概率高达70.9%,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]情绪智力能对焦虑的患病状态进行较准确的分类,提示护理教育者应对护生的情绪智力进行训练,以提高护生的情绪智力水平,降低焦虑发生率。关键词:护生
