1、全球教育的核心價値之探討國立臺中教育大學教育學系暨課程與教學硏究所副教授顏佩如yenpeyru@ms3.ntcu・edu.tw摘要全球化(globalization)趨勢已成爲21世紀世界領導者與國際組織關注的焦點，各國政策制定也關注當前教育如何回應全球化的潮流及挑戰，因此，本文採取文獻分析的方式，主要是探討：第一、全球化的世界趨勢、核心價値的定義以及全球教育的重要性。第二、全球化趨勢與教育的探討，包括從全球化的面向與現象、進程與趨勢、相關爭論來槪述全球化，其次是探討全球化趨勢形成的思潮或社會脈絡，在其次是
2、討論全球化對教育的衝擊與影響，其中包括市場經濟與資本主義思維侵入教育的思潮形成「教育市場化氛圍」、網路與科技的發展、主流文化的渲染、新移民子女的教育的關注、國際傳染病等。第三是探討全球教育的意涵，包括辨識金球化教育與金球教育的差異、全球教育的內涵以及全球教育的重要觀點。第四是談到全球教育的核心槪念與價値觀點，包括：Hudock(1990)核心槪念與核心方法、Bennet(1990)的「目標」與「核心價値」、W.Garnsey&P.Stich(1998)提出十五個關鍵的全球槪念、Stirling(1993)全
