1、法舒地尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭临床疗效观察［摘要］目的观察盐酸法舒地尔对冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将93例冠心病心力衰竭患者随机分成两组,对照组46例给予常规治疗，治疗组47例在常规治疗的基础上加用盐酸法舒地尔。两组在治疗前及治疗后3个月末进行彩色多普勒超声心动图检查，获得左心室收缩末容量指数和舒张末容量指数及左心室射血分数、左心室体质量指数，治疗过程中观察并记录患者症状、体征、心率、血压及不良反应，治疗前后常规测定血脂、肾功能、肝功能、尿酸、电解质、血糖等各项生化指标的变化。结果盐酸法舒地尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭临床效果明显，临床症
