1、南瓜叶不同极性部位体外抗氧化活性探究[摘要]目的研究南瓜叶不同极性部位的体外抗氧化活性。方法采用系统溶剂法将南瓜叶的乙醇提取物分别用石油瞇、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水等5种不同极性溶剂萃取得到5种萃取物,以抗坏血酸为阳性对照,测定各萃取物的总还原能力、二苯代苦味酰基(DPPH)自由基清除能力、軽自由基清除能力和2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并囈11坐-6-磺酸)二铁盐(ABTS)自由基清除能力,通过比较半清除率浓度(IC50)的大小判断各萃取物的抗氧化能力强弱。结果南瓜叶不同极性部位均具有一定的抗氧化性,其中乙酸乙酯极性部位和水提部位的抗氧化能力最强,清除ABTS自由基的
2、IC50分别为0.0389mg/mL和0.0272mg/mL,清除務基自由基的IC50分别为0.2731mg/mL和0.3474mg/mL,清除DPPH自由基的IC50分别为0.1847mg/mL和0.1876mg/mL,在总还原能力上,乙酸乙酯极性部位和水提部位明显强于其他三个极性部位。同一提取物在不同的评价体系中表现出不同的抗氧化能力,可能与其所含成分及活性氧的性质有关。结论南瓜叶提取物的乙酸乙酯相和水相的抗氧化作用强,是天然抗氧化剂的良好来源。[关键词]南瓜叶;不同极性部位;抗氧化活性[中图分类号]R285.5[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1673-7210(2016
