2、了更高的目标要求，充实了新的内容，激发了思想政治教育中大学生的主体性，对教育者提出了新要求。当前，人文关怀与心理疏导在大学生思想政治教育工作中缺失的主要表现为:教育理念上存在误区，教育方法相对单一、落后，思想政治教育工作者的人文素质有待提升。加强大学生思想政治教育中人文关怀和心理疏导需要有效路径:树立以学生为本的教育理念，健全人文关怀和心理疏导工作体系，提高教育工作者的人文素养。关键词:大学生思想政治教育;人文关怀;心理疏导中图分类号:G641文献标识码:A文章编号:1672-8106(2014)02
