1、海南大学毕业论文（设计）B：黄鳍肠道益生乳酸菌的筛选与鉴定学号：姓名：年级：2009级学院：海洋学院系别：水产系专业：水产养殖学指导教师：摘要黄鳍(Mponoptemsalbas)隶加合鲍冃、合鲍科、黄鳍亚科，为亚热带淡水角类,主要分布在亚洲的屮国、朝鲜、泰国、日本、印度尼西亚等国家，具有良好的药用保健功能，有很高的经济和营养价值。木文以黄鳞为研究对象，通过对其肠道菌群采用“先筛选后分离"的方法，旨在获得黄鳞肠道益生乳酸菌。结果获得3株菌株，命名为LB-1,LB-2,和LB・3,初步确定为乳酸菌。随后对三株乳酸菌进行抗逆性分析，结杲如下：
2、三株乳酸菌均可以在酸性和碱性条件下存活；胰蛋白酶对三株菌的存活率没有影响；在70°C的髙温中三株菌均有一定的耐受性。本文从黄鳍肠道中筛选出具有耐高温、抗酸和抗碱能力强的益生乳酸菌，以其作为黄鳍饲料添加剂应用于生产，以提高黄鳞机体的健康水平和机体的抗病力，从而为促进黄鳞养殖产业的健康发展奠定基础。关键词：黄鳞；肠道益生乳酸菌；筛选AbstractTherice-fieldEel(Monopterusalhus)amemberofthesynbranchiformes,synbranchidae,ricefieldeelsubfamily,i
