1、卡孕栓与缩宫索防治产后出血的临床研究［摘耍］H的：观察阴道分娩时缩宫素与卡孕栓(卡前列甲酯栓)预防产后出血的效果。方法:将2006年8月"2010年11月于我院分娩的产妇202例分为观察组(n=102)和对照组(n=100)o两组产妇均在胎儿分娩后立即给了缩宫素治疗，观察组在此基础上加用卡孕栓1粒(1mg)置入直肠内。比较两组产妇第三产程吋间、产后2h、产后24h出血总量及产后出血的发牛率。结果：观察组笫三产程时间为(5.70±2.80)min,产后2h出血量为(149.5±30.0)ml,产后24h出血量为(210.8±57.6)ml；对照组第三产程时间为(9.98±3,
2、50)min,产后2h出血量为(180.7±41.2)ml,产后24h出血量为(337.0±78.7)ml,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t二2.596、4.832、7.489,均PV0.05)。观察组产后出血发生率为1.96%(2/102),对照组产后出血发生率为8.00%(8/100),两组比较差异有统计学意义(乂2二4.393,P<0.05)o结论：缩宫素联合卡孕栓对预防阴道分娩的产后出血效果良好，用药简单、方便、安全，值得临床推广。［关键词］卡孕栓；阴道分娩;缩宫素;产后出血［中图分类号］R714.461［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1673-7210(2011)11(
