3、phangiogeniccharacteristicsandtheirpossibleprognosticimplicationsinpreviouslyuntreatedT1-T2glotticsquamouscellcarcinoma・Methods:PatientscomefromHunanProvincialPeoplefsHospitalwithpreviouslyuntreatedeariy-stagelaryngealcancerunderwentasurgicalresectionintheperiodbetween2007andDecember2011.13ca
4、seswithpooroutcomewereidentifiedandcomparedwithaselectedsampleof14patients.10casesinwhichspecimensand12casesofnormalmucosaspecimenswerecompared.Patientswerefollowedupuntildeathorforatleast24monthsafterfirsttreatment.Fromparaffin-embeddedtissuesectionslaryngealthreeconsecutiveslicethickness,pe
5、rformedimmunohistochemicalanalysis.D2・40andCD31monoclonalantibodiesareusedtomarkthebloodvesselsandlymphaticvessels.AntibodiesforD2・40andKi-67thatareusedtomarkthelymphaticendothelialcellproliferation,useImageProPlus6.0softwaretotesttheimmunohistochemicalimage.Amorphometricmeasurementwasusedfor
6、theanalysisofangiogenesiswhereaslymphangiogenesiswasstudiedwithasemiquantitativetechnique.WereanalyzedusingtheMann-Whitneyandchi-squarcmethodmethod.Results:Anincreasedtumorangiogenesiscorrelatedwithlocalrecurrence(P=0.011,P<0.05),death(P=0.034,P=0.043,P<0.05);peritumorallymphaticandlocalrecur
