5、fsatisfactionthroughredesigningjobsandroles.THEORETICALFRAMEWORKAusefulconceptualizationoftherelationbetweenworkandworkersatisfactionhasbeensuggestedbyHackmanandOldham(1975).Theyviewemployeesatisfactionandmotivationasbeingmediatedbythree"criticalpsychologicalstates."Thecriticalfactorsare1
