1、瑞芬太尼靶控输注复合丙泊酚用于无痛宫腔镜检查的临床应用观察[摘耍]日的观察瑞芬太尼靶控输注复合内泊酚麻醉应用于宫腔镜检查中的临床效果及安全性。方法选择2013年1〜12月我院收治的80例需行妇科宫腔镜检查患者并按随机表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,观察组采用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚靶控输注全凭静脉维持麻醉,对照组釆用芬太尼复合丙泊酚靶控输注全凭静脉维持麻醉,记录患者的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2);以及意识消失时间、丙泊酚川量、术后苏醒时间、麻醉效果等指标。结果两组麻醉期间HR、MAP、Sp()2较术前下降幅度相仿,麻醉前后及组间比较差异均无统计学
2、意义(P>0.05);观察组患者意识消失时间、术后清醒时间、丙泊酚用量均明显低于对照组(P〈0・05);观察组麻醉屮发生呼吸抑制低于对照组,麻醉效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼靶控输注复合内•泊酚静脉麻醉用于宫腔镜检查的临床效果是确切、安全的,具有镇痛效果好、可控性强、起效迅速、苏醒快而完全,值得临床推广应用。[关键词]瑞芬太尼;丙泊酚;靶控输注;宫腔镜检查[中图分类号]R614[文献标识码]B[文章编号]2095-0616(2015)19-172-03[Abstract]ObjectiveToobservetheclinicaleffectandsafetyofRe
