1、不孕症患者甲状腺功能筛查的临床分析【摘要】目的：探讨甲状腺功能减退与不良孕产史的相关性，甲状腺功能检测在临床诊治不孕症中的作用。方法：对190例因卵巢因素不孕的患者行甲状腺功能检测，作为不孕组；并与同期门诊体检女性190例对照，作为体检组。观察比较两组甲状腺情况。结果：不孕组患者包括6种情况,甲状腺功能亢进5例(2.63%)；临床型甲状腺功能亢进4例(2.11%)；亚临床型甲状腺功能亢进1例(0.53%)；甲状腺功能减退11例(5.79%)；临床甲状腺功能减退1例(0.53%)；亚临床甲状腺功能减退10例(5.26%)o体检
2、组患者包括6种情况，甲状腺功能亢进3例(1.58%)；临床型甲状腺功能亢进2例(1.05%)；亚临床型甲状腺功能亢进1例(0.53%)；甲状腺功能减退2例(1.05%)；临床甲状腺功能减退1例(0.53%)；亚临床甲状腺功能减退1例(0.53%)。不孕组的甲状腺功能异常明显高于体检组，不孕组的甲状腺功能减退患者所占的比例明显高于体检组，差异均有统计学意义(P〈0・05)。结论：甲状腺功能减退与不孕史有相关性，不孕症患者检测甲状腺功能很有必要。【关键词】不孕症；甲状腺功能减退；TSH；FT3；FT4中图分类号R581.2文献标
