5、iesandcontaminationwith1zoonoticCampylobacterandSalmonellahasthepotentialtoseverelydisrupttradebetweencountries.2.TheGuidelinesapplyariskmanagementframework(RMF)approachasadvocatedintheCodexPrinciplesandGuidelinesfortheConductofMicrobiologicalRiskManagement(MRM)(CAC/GL63-2007).“Preliminar
