3、ided.Itcapturedboththesocialcharacteroflabor,associatedwithsuchmetabolicreproduction,anditsecologicalcharacter,requiringacontinuing,dialecticalrelationtonature.ThecentralityoftheconceptofmetabolisminMarxsthoughthasbeenrecognizedforalongtime,thoughitsfullsignificanc
