1、砂糖橘果实大小对其品质及贮藏性影响的研究王兆兵,李惠珍,林俊华,田建秀,吴振先*(华南农业大学园艺学院,广东省果蔬保鲜重点实验室,广东广州510642)摘要:以砂糖桶为试材,按果实直径分为大果(>42mm)、中果(36.5^42mm)和小果(<36.5mm)三种类型,研究5弋温度条件下果实采后品质与贮藏性的变化。结果表明:砂糖橘果实的大小对其贮藏品质具有较大的彩响。在贮藏后期,小果的色调角值和亮度值较高,在外观品质上优于中果和大果;小果的TA、VC和TSS含量在整个贮藏过程中也始终高于中果和大果,且与大果之间差异显
2、著;大、小、中三种果实分别在贮藏20.30.40d后开始出现坏果,好果率逐渐降低,失重率不斷增大,其中在贮藏30-40d时失重率增速最大,果实出现皱皮现象,表明低温贮藏30<1后果实衰老速度开始加快,贮載到50d时,好果率是中果〉小果〉大果,三者之间差异显著。总之,砂糖橘中小型果实的贮藏效果好于大型果,有利于保持果实的营养与风味,在未经其他处理的情况下,30d是砂糖橘贮薇的一个临界点。关键词:砂糖橘;果实大小;品质;贮藏性StudyonQualityandStorabilityofDifferentSizeofSh

7、begantoappearcreasingfniits.Itshowedthatsenescespeedoffniitsbegantoaccelerateafter30dinstorageatlowtemperature.At50daysinstorage,thegoodfruitratewasmiddlefruits>smallfruits>bigfruits,andthereweresignificantdifferencesamongthem.Insummary,thestorageeffectsandfla
