2、师，现在湖南省儿童医院呼吸免疫科工作。通讯作者：王成（1964-），男，博士，教授，主任医师，博士生导师,儿科心血管病研究室主任，中南大学儿科学研究所副所长，E-mail:ch.wang@163.com［摘要］目的探讨不明原因晕厥（UPS)患者直立倾斜试验（HUT）阳性率与不同检查时间段的关系。方法2004-01~2009-12在中南大学湘雅二医院晕厥专科门诊就诊或住院的ups患者787例，男342例，女445例，年龄3~72岁，平均（22.85±15.96）岁,其中儿童组（＜18岁）441例，成人组（≥18岁)346例。经详细询问病史、
3、体格检查、心脏X线、超声心动图、常规12导联心电图、脑电图、头颅CT或MRI、血液生化（空腹血糖、心肌肌钙蛋白I）等检查排除器质性心脏病及其他疾病后行HUT检查。结果UPS患者HUT阳性率依8：00-9：00、9：00-10：00、10：00-11：00三个时间段逐渐降低(P＞0.05），不同年龄与不同性别患者的HUT阳性率与以上三个时间段的结果呈同步变化。结论HUTT阳性率不受受试者候检时的不同时间段影响。［关键词］不明原因晕厥；倾斜试验；性别；年龄doi:10.3969/j.issn.1002-1949.2010.07.004Rela
