3、numberofproblems.Theseincludethetrainers’lackoffamiliaritywiththeuseofcertainsoftwareapplicationsandthescarcityofelectronicmaterialsandpedagogicalscenariosforthemtodrawon.ThispaperexploresthepedagogicalresourcesdevelopedaspartoftwoEuropeancollaborativeprojectsinthedomainoftranslatortraini
4、nganddiscussesthelessonslearntfromtheexploitationoftheseresourcesinblendedlearningscenarios.Itoffersanoverviewofthechangesthattechnologyhasbroughttotheeducationalsector,followedbyadiscussionofkeyfeaturesoftheblendedteachingandlearningapproach,andanexamina-tionoftheimpactoftechnologicaldev
5、elopmentsonthetranslationindustryandtheirtransformationaleffectonprofessionalprac-ticesandthetrainingoftranslators.ThefinalsectionspresentthematerialscreatedundertheframeworkoftheeCoLoTrainandeCoLoMediaprojects,whichaimtosupportblendedlearningintranslationandmultimedialocalization,respect
